Have you fallen from grace? Do you know what it means to fall from grace? Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. For in Christ neither circumcision avails any thing, nor un-circumcision; but faith which works by love. You did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? This persuasion cometh not of him that called you. A little leaven leavens the whole lump. I have confidence in you through the CHRIST, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubles you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be. The leaven that is talked of here is all the do this do not do that, this dogma that keeps us a slave to the status quo. Where is the power of the HOLY SPIRIT, why do you need to follow the dictates of men. If we are filled with the fruit’s of the HOLY SPIRIT we will utilised them to gain control over our action, we will drink but not to drunkenness, we will eat but not to be gluttons, we will abstain from all ungodliness because the fruit of TEMPERANCE and all the others will be our helpmate. He said he would send us a helpmate and that is the HOLY SPIRIT.
People use the scripture that if we have the HOLY SPIRIT we will not sin and this is so, but it is through the fruits of the HOLY SPIRIT that we gain control over sin. This is accomplish through FAITH, and GRACE,
Now whosoever think, that do this do not do that is not under law is deceiving him or herself. Now if we say it is a sin to smoke, it is not a spiritual sin, yet it is a sin against ones body, but to do so would not keep you out of the kingdom, if you say this is not so you have placed yourself under law and you have fallen from grace. If you say it is a sin to dance you have fallen from grace, if you say it is a sin to drink you have fallen from grace the sin is in getting drunk and disorderly, you are not being temperate, and you are making the HOLY SPIRIT of none effect, because the fruits of the HOLY SPIRIT, are Love, Joy, Peace, Long Suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and TEMPERANCE this gift will keep you temperate in all things. It will give you self-control.
Now if we have the Holy Spirit we cannot sin Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groaning’s too deep for words.
